If you notice any discrepancies with your order—such as damaged, defective, missing items, receiving the wrong item, or incorrect quantities—you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.

Return Policy

- Return Labels:
- We can provide you with a return shipping label via UPS or USPS.
- The cost of the return shipping label will be charged to you.
- You may drop off your package at any UPS or USPS facility or arrange a pickup with your carrier.
- Restocking Fee:
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be determined at the discretion of management.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.
- It is highly recommended to purchase shipping insurance when returning items. If your return package arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, we will refuse the package.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
